For an Organiser this skill is the most important as the organiser must be organised for running the event!
Without Creativity how would you come up with an event?
The Event Organiser must have time management to allow the events to run on time and finish on time.
Hard working is the main skill for the event organiser. Without this skill the event organiser may struggle to hold the event.
The Event Organiser must have confidence to create and run the event!
The Event Manager must be able to work in a team to show that the organiser is trustworthy and show responsability in the team.
The Event Organiser must have communication skills to communicate to both the employees and customers.
