It was a chill moonlit night. A strange man sat in a tree watching and looking at all the houses below him. His cat sat right under him watching as well. Then he hopped down smiling. Someone was coming out.
Inside one of the houses a boy and his dog were watching T.V. But then his dog ran outside. the boy called out, "Kurt come back here!" And he ran after his dog.
"Stop Kurt," the boy yelled, "I hate running after you!" Kurt stopped once he couldn't see the cat anymore. When the boy finally caught up to his dog he was panting. "Bad boy Kurt!" huffed the boy. "Let's go back inside before mom and dad notice were gone." But he wasn't going back home any time soon.
Before the boy and Kurt could head back inside, the stranger who was spying before came up to them and asked the boy, "What is your name?" The boy responded, "what is your name?" The stranger looked annoyed.
The stranger got his cool face back on and then asked the boy, "come here kid." The boy was scared, so he did what he was told. Kurt, followed his master just as the stranger's cat reappeared.
More quickly than the boy and his dog could have thought, the man hit them both over the head and stuffed them into a very small box.
The Stranger slowly pushed the box to his house with his cat leading the way. The stranger would have "borrowed" a car in this situation but it would have been to noisy so he had to push. "This kid has one big head!"
As the stranger and the grey cat came up to his house. The stranger stopped and hissed to his cat, "Take them inside. I'll be in as soon as possible." The cat meowed back in reply.
The cat moved the package into the front hall. inside the box, the boy had finally gotten the tape off his mouth. "HELP!" he screamed. But no one could hear him now that he was inside the stranger's home.
The grey cat carefully opened up the bottom of the box. Out fell the boy and his dog. "Ouch!" the boy whined. "Woaf!" Kurt barked. "Meow!" the cat hissed at them.
"ATTACK HIM KURT!" the boy yelled at his dog. Kurt jump towards the stranger as he entered the room. The stranger was not expecting this and could not protect himself. His cat was no help.
Kurt flipped the stranger over and dragged him outside. What happened next is a mystry, all we know is that the stranger was never seen again.
Sometimes people say they see a grey cat sitting at a grave. Is it possible that this is the strangers cat watching over his grave? We will never know but make sure never to go near a grave with a grey cat ... You may never return home!
