A healthy eating plan can help prevent health problems.
Nearly half of teens don't eat sufficient amounts of fruits or vegetables.
A healthy lifestyle is: food, physical exercise,health prevention, work, relationship with the environment and social activity.
The habits necessary for healthy living are :
-Balanced diet -Physical exercise -Hygiene -Mental balance -Social activity
Junk food is the most consumed by teenagers, but why?
Are they hungry? Well, in that corner they will find a fast food place
Teenagers are getting used to eating it.
Advertising: On television, when you go to the cinema or in the street
Consequences of the consumption of junk food
Obesity, increase of chronic diseases (diabetes or hypertension)
The less healthy food is eaten during adolescence, the more healthy problems we will have as adults
