Hi! My Name is Philippe Guilbad
I am an Administrative and Nursing Supervisor at Mount Sinai Medical Center. I have been a nurse since 1997 and became a Charge Nurse in 2000. I was promoted to Administrative and Nursing Supervisor this year in January 2015.
I am responsible for staffing the hospital and findings beds, distribution of supplies and complaints, among other things.

I was attracted to Nursig in High School. I earned an AA in nursing from MDC in 1997, at that time there were only 3 male nursing students who graduated with me. I earned my BS in Nursing from Barry University in the end of 2014.
Cardiac/Step Down Telemetry
BS in Nursing from Barry University 2012-2015. I went to school part-time taking 1 or 2 courses per semester.
I love helping others, not just patients but my coworkers as well.
I can relate to being on the floor and solve staffing and patient placement issues.
