Find things to do whilst at York
There are loads of easy things you can do whilst you study to make yourself more employable! -Internships -Volunteering -Societies -Part-time work -Company taster days
But why find things now.....? You're busy studying, and we know that. But, it is much easier to get experience now than after you graduate! Most of our internships are over the Summer vacation.
Where can I find opportunities?
Opportunities are everywhere. Take advantage of Careers opportunities such as: -SIB Internships -Volunteering such as YSIS, York students in communitites -Jobs advertised on Careers Gateway -Employer talks (make a good impression!)
