Checks and Balances
Checks and balances are a system that prevents one branch from becoming too powerful . It basically gives one branch a power to keep another in line, and visa- verse. Each branch restrains another in 2 several ways. Examples of this in the Government would be like where executive can veto bills from legislative, but legislative can override the veto. It is a good way to keep the the branches "Checked and Balanced".
