94% surveyed want an annual formalized self-evaluation 81% want a peer review
Teachers aren't opposed to standardized testing.....
They just know there are better ways to assess student learning
51% of elementary teachers reported that their students take these tests seriously, and perform to the best of their ability
43% said so for the middle schools
And only 36% for the high schools
Teachers are not in this profession for the money
