When renting a property there are many aspects you need to investigate, such as the bond, fixed- term agreements, periodic agreements, holding deposits, rights of access, accommodation options, entry and condition reports and the rights and obligations of both the lessors and tenants.

A tenant is someone who occupies land or property rented from a landlord. A Lessor is someone who leases a property; a landlord.
The law recognises the right os individuals to have interests and estates in real property. Homeowners and tenants have certain rights and obligations regarding their use of land to others who are on or near their property. Tenants and property managers or owners both have rights and responsibilities during a tenancy agreement. Understanding what the general renting rules are will avoid problems.
