You will work with the owner and your team to analyze the overall business. Then, you will present your solution to the actual owner.
Here's how you will do it.
Start by looking at the company's website.
Start reviewing report templates and schedule an interview.
Get familiar with competitors.
What's their advertising strategy?
What products are different?
Are there substitutes?
WEEK 3 - 5
Visit the business! (or a simliar one in your geographic region)
Dig into your research and identify potential strategies & solutions.
Finish your first draft!
WEEK 7 & 8
Present to the REAL client.
