Since studying at UTS
and being exposed to different design practices, I've found a new interest in design empathy & human-centric design.
is an approach that draws upon people’s real-world experiences to address modern challenges. When companies allow a deep emotional understanding of people’s needs to inspire them and transform their work, their teams, and even their organisation at large they unlock the creative capacity for innovation.
In the future,
I hope to further my interest in empathic design through a master's research degree and an internship.
I'd like to work as part of a collaborative team that will allow me to design human-centred products that are specific to marganlised people groups.
This means to also travel and learn about these different cultural groups in order to create products for them through empathic design.
I need to practice the skills I've learnt this semester, including perspective and technical drawing.
Thanks for watching!
