Can only be metabolized by the liver which isn't good
Easy to keep eating unnecessarily without getting the "full" sensation

High Frutose Corn Syrup
They remove the fiber so that the food won't expire as fast
Worse off for your body with high frutose level content
Doesn't give you the "full" effect
Makes you want to keep eating
High levels of Frutose
even through caffine alerts you, you will eventually crash
High concentration of high frutose corn syrup
Makes you want more and more = no control
Is that what we're putting into our bodies?!

Salads and stir fry
Veggies are very nutritious
Choose non cream based dressing like balsamic vinegertte or olive oil
Available at Ovid's, Blazer, or Commons!
Don't ruin your salad by drenching it with dressing!
Don't add too much meat!
add cheese and spices for flavor!
Starbucks and breakfast food
Oatmeal is healthy for breakfast!
Careful what pastries you choose look at the calories listed there!
Saaying no to whipped cream makes a difference!
Don't put too much cream and sugar in coffee!
Do not get frappachinos they are high in sugar and calories
Get wheat instead of white bread!
Get meat like turkey, ham, or chicken
Stay away from meatball subs and pepperoni
Don't add soda, chips, or cookies!
Vegetables are extremely good for you!
Black pepper chicken!
Stay away from fried rice and noodles!
Spring and egg rolls are good sides!
Work hard and eat healthy It's important to watch you eat now to not only look good, but feel good and live longer!!!
We 're going to get black coffee with no cream and sugar and oatmeal at starbucks!!!

Riding your bike around campus is a great way to burn calories!
Listen to music to pass time when your working out!
Eating healthy is not that bad when you focus on the results you want!

You might fail to get to your goal a couple times
It will take some time but eventually you will reach the top!
