The report informed that,Overall, Europe remains the forefront of the ICT transformation in economy and society. Germany and France are also top ranked within the development of country and organization.
Bilbao’s government was ranked 8th in the list due to their political issues. China was ranked higher economic powers, whereas South Africa is considered the lowest ( 72nd place).
India fell with their economics, a few years ago, the country was above China!!! Wealthiest innovations: Japan, Taiwan, Hongkong, Newzealand and Australia!
Despite all that...
the internet has helped many governments to ameliorate their organization skills,
job growth, political benefits, better access to basic services and education.
-poor cannot afford -Info does not reach EVERYONE - it's consuming humans
