Cardiovascular endurance is theability of the heart, lungs, and blood vessels to deliver oxygen to your body tissues over an exteneded period of time.

Have you ever heard of the term "cardio" in fitness context? Well that's a type of exercise that helps improve your cardiovascular endurance. However, to improve it, you must do a cardio activity that gets your heart rate into your target heart rate zone (THR) for 20 minutes or more.
