Changing the Role of Women in The Roaring 20's

The 1920's was the time where the U.S broke into isolationism, and lots of chnages ooccured throughout the country.
Women's view in society were changing because of the ratification of the 19th Amendment, which allowed them to vote.
Additionally, women could work in industrial jobs after World War I.
These changes made women more confident and women started to change to focus more on their body image, expression, femininity, and their health.
During the Roaring twenties, women tryed new fashion styles. One example is the shortening of skirts that women wore.
Another example of a new women's fashion trend was the shigle-bob hairstyle.
