Deforestation in Brazil Kathie Huynh and Kimberly Tran
I'm Kim and my partner, Kathie and I are geologists that are currently studying the deforestation of the Amazon Rainforest.
I'm Kathie and our job as geologists is to tell the world about the clear-cutting of trees in the Amazon Rainforest.
The Amazon Rainforest is a very large and diverse forest, and is one of the only ones we have left in that description. The trees in this forest are being cut down to make space for cattle ranching, or other buildings, and are also cut down for their wood in order to make furniture.
