Six months later, the employee sees a QME for an exam. The QME determines all available treatment has been performed, and the functional measurements and activity limitations remain unchanged. Question: What is the date of MMI?
Answer: 1/1/2014 because all available treatment and functional limitations were first determined at this date. The QME confirmed no additional treatment or activity limitation changes were indicated.
