Do you know what it is?
Blended learning is NOT:
- Staying at home and watching classes online -Completing assignments in a workbook independently -Working online with a teacher asynchronously
Blended learning allows students to develop skills to use technology optimally, students can work at their own pace, and are still able to collaborate with teachers and classmates to gain clarification and complete group projects.
Blended learning is the future. It allows students to determine where their education goes and allows them to determine the pace. Blended learing will produce graduates who understand and can use the latest technology and advocate for themselves to gain clarification from their teacher and classmates on information they may need more assistance with. Blended learning is a combination of attending a brick and mortar location as well as interactive online websites and programs.
