Often people with ego's have low self-esteem.

selves... and it doesn't derive its value from others.
In fact. It doesn't care what others think at all.
When ego is engaged it puts up barriers
...and limits our ability to connect with others.
Self-esteem allows our authentic self to shine
...and strengthens bonds and relationships.
How do we act with self esteem and ego?
Talks to powerful people because we don't doubt the value of our ideas.
Talks to powerful people because we want to be seen as one.
Admits ignorance as we don't doubt their intellect.
Shows we are right as being wrong hurts our credibility.
Acts like a fool when they feel like it as they don't doubt their worth.
Acts confident all the time otherwise people wont't take them seriously.
Approaches strangers as we don't doubt the value of our company or conversation.
Works through our networks as they already know they accept us.
