People with trichotillomaina could have depression or anxiety, the cause is unknown.
Rebecca Brown, 20, suffers from Trichotillomania
Rebecca started pulling her hair out at age 12, by the age 16 she was nearly bald.
Rebecca started going to the doctor at 13, but there was no diagnose until she was 18.
Doctors gave Rebecca activities to do to keep focus off pulling her hair, such as doing silly things or sitting on her hands.
By age 19, Rebecca was forced to shave her head bald due to the obsessive hair pulling.
