Stress and how colors can affect it
Colors can affect the level of stress you have colors like red of high intensseness can give you the good kind of stress when in danger because red is the color of blood and our mind triggers the stress.
Blue can also affect us to but calm us down and help us when we need to think strategy wise a test was shown that random people were given a quiz and some had a blue,red or white backround people with blue did better .

The reason why we have these reactions is because our oldest ancestors (Homo Homo Sapien) colors triggered parts of their brain to focus pain neglection attention focus and reflexes blue made them think more and made them more relaxed so they were patient and mindful so a to create tools and other items of craft in that age.
Colors can still affect our stress levels today ever been in a red room and felt it hard to sit down that is your brain telling you something is wrong and you should leave that is also why a blue sky feels relaxing now you know why colors can change your stress level.
