Mongol warriors were nomadic people who rode on horseback. They fought amongst themselves, and went on to raid and conquer other towns across Asia and into Europe.
They used weapons such as bows and arrows, swords, and axes as they galloped into battle on horse.
The Mongols also borrowed new technologies such as catapults and gunpowder from their neighbors.
Their greatest weapon may have been the terror the created. If a city opened it's gate to the Mongols, it would be spared. If the city refused, everyone would be slaughtered.
