Sensory language is when the language read connects to the five senses. The senses(sight, sound, smell, touch, taste) are used to create an image or description.

Forms of Poetry
Narrative poems: a poem that tells a story and has its elements. Lyrics: a line that expresses the feelings of a poet. Concentrete poems: poems shaped like their subject. Haiku: A poem with 5 syllables in the first line 7 in the second and 5 in the last. Limerick: a humorus, rhyming 5-line poem with a pattern.
