Question Of The Week By Addie Eldridge
One day, a man was walking through the park
He was a litterbug so he just through his empty can on the ground
The weeks past, and the can stayed on the ground
The can started to weather. Which means that it started to break down.
and the rain also pushed down on the can with mecanical weathering.
Sometimes the rain was Acid Precipitation and it burned the can even more. This is chemical weathering
The can got crushed and it's color faded
No one noticed the can
The can started to rust because of the oxidation
Soon winter came
And the water in the can froze
The ice in the can expaned and caused the can the crack open. This is called ice wedging.
Sometimes rocks and other sediment would grind up againt the can and wear it down. This is called abrasion.
Wind also grinded against the can using abrasion.
The can was old, dirty and weathered
And soon it was gone forever.
