The Case of:
Harvey Miguel Robinson
-From Allentown, Pennsylvania - One of the youngest serial killers -First serial killer in his home town
-Raped and killed 3 women -Raped and beat fourth victim, but she escaped -Matched to other crimes with DNA
Robinson was sentenced to death, but with a unrelated Supreme Court case, minors couldn't be sentenced to death. Now, Robinson's death sentence has been stayed as of April 2006 and is serving life in jail.
Final Outcome: (cont.)
The courts recognized that Robinson was a twisted person, and almost of legal adult age, so his punishment was fair. He should have recieved the death penalty because the Supreme Court ruling was in a separate case and was ruled after Robinson was sentenced.
