I always start off my day with a cup of coffee. Then, I get ready and head to the gym for a workout. My post workout meal is usually a green smoothie and whole grain pancakes with fruit. After that, I get ready and then head off to help clients. My lunch usually consists of a large green salad with quinoa and almonds and sometimes a side of soup. Most evenings I like to relax after work. For dinner, I usually have a meat, grain, and vegetable such as steak, rice, and mixed vegetables. After that I take my dog for a walk and watch Netflix. Lastly, I finally fall asleep.
