for doing less work! This is totally unfair!

Discrimination is still an inssue in the working enviroment.
Some individuals are still being underpaid and mistreated.
Thankfully, there are steps we can take to minimize this.
Businesses should set up clearly defined lists
of both acceptable and non-acceptable behavior.
Additionally, they should have clear rubrics on what constitutes a promotion
and what does not constitute a promotion.
gender, sex, or ethnicity
Applications should not contain a requirement for
unless it is occupationally specific.
These steps, though simple
can make all the difference.
